We put our first films on the internet 10 years ago with a 28.8 Kb modem. Small 30 second films took 3-5 minutes to download.

Now we've got broadband, sophisticated software, the films stream and play right away. It's not TV quality, but it is quite useable.

Many of the things we learnt in our early experiments are still valid today; shooting with compression in mind, fine tuning the output for the best quality/speed compromise, and ruthless editing. You know those lovely nice lingering atmospheric shots - forget them! They don't work on the internet.

A well-made short film communicates with great power and authority. The internet is now the source of much of our information.

We can shoot specifically for your website, or we can shoot for other purposes, but also supply condensed versions for the internet.
